Snow Day!!

Well, we woke up to 8" of snow on Monday morning. We went out to play in it and by the end of the day this is what Christopher & Caroline looked like...

LOL, Just kidding....although, we were very cold by the time we came in!! We have now been in the house for 2 days, and I think we will venture out tomorrow. Here are some more pics from the day:

And....a little snow cream!!!!

I think this is the first time my kids have had snow cream. My Aunt Peggy would always fix us snow cream on snow days and I remember her saying "you can't have snow cream on the first snow or if it only snows a little bit. You can only have it when we have a really good snow." Well, I guess this has been the first REALLY good snow of their lifetime. I remember loving snow cream, but they weren't too impressed. Maybe I don't know how to make it, or they have gotten spoiled to BlueBell Homemade Vanilla Icecream?!?

Christmas Pics coming....sorry, I've been in a blogging slump!
